Charles McThorn
Charles McThorn (also known as "The Diggerman" or simply Charly) started djing at the age of 12 in 1986. Just aged 18, he ran a 4 days-a-week residency at two bars in Mannheim and Speyer. After working in a sound-studio and as a tv-engineer he joined a small local radio-station and became technician and producer. One year later the small station turned legendary by changing into "radio sunshine live" and presented Charly as host, live-producer and by the beginning of 1998 for the first time officially as DJ, called "The Diggerman".
